Practical

Client-centred approach, education, and realistic steps.

Who is this for?

  • If you feel constantly tired
  • Want to lose weight
  • Gain muscle mass
  • Have chronic conditions
  • Experience perimenopausal symptoms
  • Want to discuss how diet and lifestyle can support your health alongside prescribed care
  • Feel that your concerns have been dismissed or that you have not received the support you need from primary healthcare professionals
  • Want personalised advice that takes your life situation and individual needs into account
  • Want to enjoy food without feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or restricted around meals

What’s not in scope of my practice

  • I will never advise you to stop taking prescribed medications. Any decisions about medication changes, including dose reduction or discontinuation, must be made by your prescribing healthcare professional.
  • I do not prescribe medications or order laboratory tests. I may, however, discuss appropriate dietary supplements when relevant.
  • I do not diagnose medical conditions. If I identify potential risk factors, concerning symptoms, or relevant patterns in your personal or family history, I may recommend that you consult an appropriate healthcare professional for further assessment.

What’s in my toolbox

  • Compassion, empathy, careful listening, and support at every step of your journey.
  • Dietary and lifestyle assessment.
  • A science-informed approach to support risk reduction and make everyday nutrition more manageable when chronic conditions are already part of the picture.
  • Supplement discussion when appropriate.
  • Translation of nutrition science into plain words.
  • Consideration of existing laboratory results as context, while staying within my training and not providing full clinical interpretation.

About

Clinical nutrition science, practical support, clear boundaries

I am a scientist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition.

Most of my experience has involved working with individuals living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). The majority of my clients have been women aged 20 to 65, allowing me to support individuals at various stages of life.

I am currently a member of two professional organisations: the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and GESKES. Through these organisations, I have access to high-quality continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities.

This helps me stay updated with current scientific evidence in nutrition science, so I can provide evidence-informed support to my clients.

Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, I offer online consultations to clients across Switzerland and internationally in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Understand before changing

We start with your current habits, routines, preferences, and constraints instead of forcing a generic plan.

Build realistic habits

The aim is progress you can maintain: practical meals, clear structure, and choices that fit your life.

Stay within scope

Nutrition habits can affect health, energy levels, and quality of life. Good nutrition can support overall wellbeing, but nutrition alone cannot treat disease or replace prescribed medical treatment.
