MSc Clinical Nutrition, Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), and nutrition consultant based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Tailored science-led nutrition support

My approach is client-centred. This means that I take the time to understand what you would like to achieve and then develop a plan tailored to your individual circumstances, preferences, and goals.

One of the aspects I value most about my profession is the opportunity to spend up to one hour with you during a consultation. Having sufficient time allows me to gain a deeper understanding of your situation and consider the many factors that may influence your health and wellbeing.

I take a holistic approach. This means I consider different aspects of your lifestyle, health history, daily routines, and personal circumstances. By looking at the bigger picture, we can identify practical strategies to support your health and quality of life.

Education

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen, UK. The degree included approximately 1,800 academic hours, including 300 hours dedicated to a work-based placement at Shallion Support in the UK.

During this placement, my main focus was nutrition and lifestyle support for people living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). Our team developed dietary strategies and recipes for ME/CFS clients, and I worked directly with clients on nutritional assessments and tailored dietary plans within that placement setting.

Professional registration

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) on the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN), registration number 49053. You can verify my registration on the Association for Nutrition register using my last name or registration number.

Ongoing development

I actively attend seminars and symposia in Switzerland, including events connected with the University Hospital of the Canton of Vaud (CHUV) and the University of Lausanne (UNIL). I also participate in lectures, meetings, and courses from AfN-endorsed providers, alongside other self-directed professional development.

Ethics, confidentiality, and data security

I consistently prioritise ethics, confidentiality, and data security in consultations and follow-ups. Sensitive information is handled with care, and public channels such as email and social media are not used for detailed health intake.
