1. About my services
I provide science-based nutrition consultations, education, and lifestyle support tailored to your individual needs. My services are intended to complement, not replace, medical care.
I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or order laboratory tests. Where appropriate, I may recommend that you consult another healthcare professional.
2. Booking and payment
Appointments are booked online.
Payment is required before the consultation. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.
3. Cancellation policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the consultation are non-refundable.
Appointments booked to take place within the following 24 hours are non-refundable from the time of booking.
4. Online consultations
Online consultations are conducted via Google Meet.
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and join the meeting using the link provided in your confirmation email.
5. Between consultations
You are welcome to contact me between consultations with brief questions or clarifications related to your nutrition plan.
Questions requiring detailed assessment, interpretation of new symptoms, review of documents, or extensive guidance may require a follow-up consultation.
6. Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information about your health, medications, allergies, and medical history.
If your health status changes significantly, please let me know so that recommendations can be adapted where appropriate.
7. Scope of practice
Nutrition consultations are educational and supportive in nature. Recommendations are based on current scientific evidence and are intended to support your health and wellbeing.
Any decisions regarding medications, medical investigations, or treatment must always be made together with your treating healthcare professional.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
Your privacy is important. Personal information is collected only for the purpose of providing nutrition consultations and is handled in accordance with the principles of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect your information, including secure communication and restricted access to client records.
9. Insurance
Services are privately paid and are not currently covered by Swiss mandatory health insurance.
10. Acceptance
By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
